Pricing
Published pricing. Every inclusion, line by line.
Every program buys the same thing: the 90-day path to getting your company recommended by AI and Google for the clients you actually want. The only difference is scope — how many service lines and markets we compete in — not whether you get the senior people. No sales call required to see the number.
Foundation
$4,500
per month
One office, one or two service lines, one county. Enough scope to get named for the work you actually want in a single market.
Growth
$7,500
per month
The program most established companies need: several service lines, up to four counties, and monthly proof of whether AI answers are naming you.
Market Leader
$11,500
per month
For companies going after the engagements everyone else wants — and the AI answers about them — across North or Central Jersey.
Multi-Office
From $18,000
per month
Several offices or statewide reach, with visibility, AI answers and qualified leads reported market by market.
01How we price
Four principles behind these numbers.
Most agencies withhold pricing until a sales call. We publish ours so an owner can decide in five minutes whether this is a serious conversation.
Published, not negotiated
These are the fees. A ten-person company and a hundred-person company pay the same rate for the same scope, and nobody pays more for being an easier sale.
Scoped by market, not by hours
Programs differ by how many service lines and markets we are competing in — county, region, statewide or national — because that is what actually drives the work, not a timesheet.
No long-term contract
Six-month initial term so the work has time to show, then month to month with thirty days' notice. If we are not producing, you should be able to leave.
No competing clients in the same market
We will not take on a direct competitor for the same service in the same market while we work with you. That limits how many companies we can serve, and it is deliberate.
02Full comparison
Every inclusion, expanded.
Nothing here is abbreviated to a checkmark without an explanation. Read the description under each line item — it states what we actually do, and where the limits are.

Strategy and lead definition
Initial strategy review
A full audit of organic visibility, Google Business Profile, website conversion, AI citation footprint, and how inbound inquiries are handled, delivered before any implementation begins. Includes a written definition of what a qualified lead is for your company — service lines, deal sizes, markets, and the qualifying rules your team already applies.
Priority plan
A ranked, sequenced plan tied to the service lines and markets you want, with the reasoning behind each item, the expected time to impact, and the effort required from your team stated plainly. Reissued each quarter against what the data actually showed.
Service lines covered
The number of distinct service lines we build visibility for. A co-managed IT contract, an audit engagement, and a benefits renewal arrive through entirely different searches and require separate page architecture, content, and measurement.
Markets targeted
Your actual service area — one county, several counties, the tri-state region or nationwide from a New Jersey base. Each scope gets its own page structure, local signals and reporting line.
Buying-intent question set
The searches and questions that signal a real buying decision — not research traffic — documented by service line and market, and used as the target list for everything that follows.
Competitive set analysis
Documented analysis of the companies, national directories, marketplaces and lead sellers competing for your work, including where they are beatable and where spending against them would be wasted.
AI answers and assistant visibility
AI visibility baseline
We define a question set with you — what a buyer would actually put to an assistant, by service line and by county — and record where you currently stand across Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity before any work begins. Without a baseline, everything after it is an anecdote.
Prompt tracking and citation reporting
Ongoing sampling of that question set: whether you are named, which competitors and directories are named instead, and which source produced each citation. Reported as directional, because sampling is what the surface allows — we will not present a sample as a precise figure.
AI Overviews and AI Mode monitoring
Tracking of which of your commercial queries now return a generated answer above the results, whether your pages are cited in it, and what that is doing to click-through on rankings you already hold. This is the number most companies are feeling and cannot see.
Entity consistency work
Your company, its people, its locations, and its services expressed identically everywhere AI systems read them. Inconsistent entity data is the most common reason a well-ranked company is absent from generated answers.
Answer-extractable content formatting
Content structured so the specific answer a system needs is clearly extractable — direct answers, defined terms, and consistent phrasing — without degrading the page for the human reading it.
Source and citation placement
Targeted work on the third-party sources AI answers actually draw from for New Jersey professional services — category directories, review platforms, association listings, legitimate publications — so you are present in the pool being summarized.
Expert authority signals
Named, credentialed authorship attached to substantive content, with certifications, published work and specialization expressed consistently on and off the site, so a model has a specific person and company to attribute expertise to.
Technical and website foundation
Technical SEO audit and remediation
Crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, mobile rendering, and schema. We deliver the fixes as implementation-ready specifications and apply them directly where we have access to the site.
Service-page architecture
The template and internal-link structure that lets a service page rank at all: parent service pages, solution and use-case children, market and county pages where relevant, and team profiles connected so authority flows to the pages that produce signed work.
Structured data and entity markup
Organization, Service, LocalBusiness, Person, FAQ, and Review schema implemented and validated, so search engines and AI systems can identify your company, its people, its locations, and its services without inference.
Site speed and Core Web Vitals work
Hands-on performance work on the templates that carry your traffic, measured on field data rather than lab scores.
Migration and redesign support
Pre-launch review, redirect mapping, staging QA, and post-launch monitoring whenever you change platforms or redesign. Most companies lose visibility here, and it is avoidable.
Content and expert review
Expert-reviewed pages and articles
Substantive pages written from your team's actual positions, not generic industry filler. Every piece moves through a defined path: outline approval, draft, expert review, revision, publication. Nothing publishes without approval.
Service and use-case pages
The pages that carry commercial intent — the ones a buyer lands on with a specific problem and a decision to make. Written to answer the question they arrived with and make the next step obvious.
Market and location pages
Location pages built on genuine local substance — the counties, metro areas or national markets you serve, the industries concentrated there, and the realities of working in them — rather than the templated city pages search engines have learned to discount.
Sales-objection and comparison content
The pages a buyer looks for late in the cycle: pricing logic, how you compare to the alternatives, what a first engagement looks like. The content your sales team already delivers verbally, made searchable and quotable.
Team bio optimization
Bios rewritten to establish each principal as a searchable entity: credentials, certifications, published work, speaking, and specialization, consistently expressed across the site and off-site profiles.
Local search and Google Business Profile
Profile optimization and management
Categories, services, attributes, hours, description, and photography maintained on an ongoing basis, plus monitoring for the unauthorized edits and suspensions that quietly remove companies from Maps.
Local posts and Q&A
Regular profile posts and a seeded, monitored Q&A section — two of the few surfaces where you can influence what a buyer sees before they ever reach the website.
Citation and NAP cleanup
Name, address, and phone consistency corrected across the directories and data aggregators that feed local search, including the industry-specific ones most general agencies skip.
Review strategy and response support
A request workflow your team can actually run, plus response templates that address criticism without airing client details. Review volume, recency, and response are read by prospective buyers and ranking systems alike.
Proximity and grid-rank reporting
Map-pack visibility measured on a geographic grid across your service area, so you can see where you actually appear rather than where a single ranking check says you do.
Authority and directories
Industry directory management
Accurate, complete, and current profiles on the category directories and review platforms that shape both referral traffic and how search engines understand your company. Directory spend is audited annually against what it actually returns.
Digital PR and earned links
Legitimate coverage and citations from New Jersey publications, chambers and industry associations, universities, and trade sources. No link buying, no private networks, no guest-post farms.
Toxic link audit and disavow
A review of the backlink profile you inherited from prior agencies, with a documented disavow where the risk warrants it.
Buyer journey and conversion
Call and form tracking setup
Dynamic number insertion, form tracking, and event configuration installed in your accounts, mapped to service line, county, and search surface, so every inquiry can be traced to what produced it.
Inquiry follow-up review
Recorded-call review against your own qualifying criteria, with findings on response time, qualification, and follow-up. This is where most companies lose good inquiries after the marketing has already worked.
Conversion testing
Structured testing of page-level messaging, contact placement, and form length on the templates that carry the most qualified traffic. Changes are made on evidence, not preference.
Sales team working session
A working session with the people taking the calls, covering what these buyers searched for, what they are comparing you against, and what the first conversation needs to accomplish.
Reporting and access
Qualified lead reporting
Reporting by service line and market against your written definition of a qualified lead — not raw form counts, not ranking screenshots. Unattributed inquiries are reported as unattributed rather than assigned.
AI visibility report
The question-set results presented alongside the rest of the reporting: where you gained or lost mentions, which sources are being cited in your place, and what we are changing as a result. Labeled directional throughout.
Strategy call with your lead
A working call with the senior person doing the work, not an account manager relaying notes. Agenda set in advance, decisions documented after.
Direct access between calls
Email and shared-channel access to your team for the questions that should not wait for the next scheduled call.
Ownership of accounts and assets
Content, pages, tracking configuration, analytics properties, and directory profiles are created in your own accounts and remain your property. If the engagement ends, nothing is switched off or taken back, and you receive a documented handoff.
Executive summary for owners
A one-page read for the people who will never open a dashboard: what changed in classic search and in AI answers, what it produced, what we recommend, and what we tried that did not work.
Every program begins with the same initial strategy review. If the review shows a smaller scope is the right one, we will say so.

03What owners ask about price
The four questions we get before anyone signs.
These come up on nearly every first call. The answers are the same whether you ask them now or later, so here they are in writing.
“We are already paying an agency less than this.”
Probably. The question worth asking is what that spend is producing: ask for last month's list of the questions your buyers actually ask an assistant, and whether your company was named in the answers. If that list does not exist, nobody is working the surface that is quietly filtering your pipeline.
“How does this pay for itself?”
Run it against your own numbers rather than ours. Take the average annual value of the engagements you want and your close rate on inbound inquiries. For most New Jersey professional services companies, one or two additional clients a year covers the program — and we report qualified inquiries by service line and market so you can check that math every month.
“What if the first 90 days does not work?”
You will know at day 90, not at month eighteen, because the sprint ends with measurement against the baseline we recorded before touching anything — including what did not move. Then you decide. The term is six months, and you own every page, account, and profile either way.
“Which program do we actually need?”
The initial strategy review answers that before anyone signs. If your work sits in one county, we will say Foundation and not upsell you into scope you cannot use. Scope moves up when the number of service lines and markets you want moves up.
04The fine print, in plain language
What these fees do and do not cover.
All programs run on a six-month initial term, then month to month with thirty days' notice. No long-term contract.
Fees are for NJ SEO's work. Third-party costs — directory subscriptions, call tracking licenses, and paid placements — are billed at cost and approved in advance.
Paid search and paid social are not included in these programs. We will tell you plainly when a paid channel is the faster route and refer you to Teknicks for it.
We do not take on two companies competing for the same work in the same market at the same time. If that is the case when you reach out, we will say so on the first call.
AI visibility is measured by sampling a defined question set, not by a complete census. No program guarantees that you will be cited in a generated answer, and we will not sell you one that claims to.
Next step
Not sure which program fits?
Book a call. We will look at where your company currently stands in Google, Maps and AI answers, which services and markets are worth competing for, and how much scope that actually takes. If the honest answer is a smaller program than you expected, that is what we will recommend — and if it is nothing, we will say that too.
